The "what would it be like technique" can help
This practice is a deceptively powerful multi-tool that can be applied to many things and if used just a few minutes a day can literally change your life. This technique makes use of the concept of physiological coherence explained in detail in the Quick-Brain-Body Reset blog post. However, if you’d like to jump right in, you can also do so and circle back if needed. The following slides explain how the practice goes.

- Refer to the Quick-Brian-Body Reset Post for more information about why its ideal to be in a physiologically coherent state.
- If you're finding it challenging to connect with your heart, try just focusing on your breath for a while, which will give you some of the benefits, and then focus on your heart when that feels more possible,
- Improve team alignment by having an entire team (business, sports or otherwise), do this exercise for a few minutes everyday and notice the changes.
- It can take time and repetition to effectively re-program and fully align aspects of yourself that have been habitually conditioned otherwise. So stick with it.
