An application of the "what would it be like technique"

This practice is an application of the “What would it be like?” technique covered in this blog post. A deceptively powerful and simple way to get relaxed (or shift your state) that if used just a few minutes a day can literally change your life.   This technique makes use of the concept of physiological coherence explained in detail in the Quick-Brain-Body Reset blog post.  The following slides explain how the practice goes.
